Cardboard boxes MUST be BROKEN DOWN, flattened with no packaging remaining inside. Oversized boxes must be flattened and cut down to no larger than 3X3 squares. If there are multiple boxes that are flattened, we are required to bundle them together. These large bundles can be placed next to the recycling bins.
Trees & Wreaths — Please place wreaths in garbage bags and wrap trees in paper or plastic to eliminate shedding of pine needles throughout the building. Trees must be disposed of prior to January 10th. We ask that you leave trees upright next to your trash receptacles.
Faucet Leak:
In the case of a drip occurring in your tub or shower spout, turn the handle or pull the lever in your shower to switch the water flow to the tub spout. If the drip continues after trying this please make a maintenance request. If it is a fast and continual drip or running water that appears like a stream please call the emergency number for immediate assistance.
